On October 19, 2007, NeCRA held its fall meeting at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska.  We all enjoyed Rita Murray who gave us some insight on "Surviving and Thriving in a Multi-Generational World."  We learned valuable skills to enable us all to understand how people are different from our own generation and how we can modify our behavior and communication style to improve our relationships to achieve intergenerational harmony between the Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millenials.  I think we all gained a new perspective of our co-workers of different generations.

Teresa Kordick, an NCRA representative, attended our meeting from Des Moines.  She educated us on NCRA's future outlook, and we were able to discuss issues and concerns that reporters across the country are facing.

Attorney Andrew Loudon of the Baylor Evnen law firm was able to answer all of our questions about Wills and estate planning.  He gave us some great advice.

Thank you to all of those that helped to make the meeting a success.
